The Spirit battle suit was worn by Cerberus Phantoms fortunate enough to be biotic or for those who were skilled enough to use highly technical attacks. The suit has small gains for shield strength and regeneration, but where it truly shines is in its capacity to amplify biotic amps and omni-tools. These attacks hit significantly harder and more often, allowing the Phantom to dismantle heavily-armored targets. This armor has since been adopted by Alliance forces and become popular with the Asari as well.

Notes: Optical Camouflage provides a bonus to stealth checks but it does require more energy which is a complication for the Recharge rate of other Tech Talents.

The Shade battle suit is a development from Spirit battlesuits that is specifically designed to aid in remaining undetected. It has micro-computers that enhance the optical-camouflage technology making the wearer even more difficult to detect with both sensors and the naked eye.

Modified from the standard Ajax armor to maximize Tech Cooldown with advanced circuitry and heat sinks which adds weight to the armor. This means that the armor speeds up Tech Cool Down periods while being a little more cumbersome. It has become standard issue among Engineers in the Alliance Marines.

Developed by Ariake Technologies, this is light armor with a biofeedback system regulating wearer’s adrenaline surges and shoulder pads, arms and leg plating with microservos that coordinate melee strikes.

This armor also has top of the line medical interface to improve a wounded soldier’s chances of surviving even the most terrible wounds.
